Helpline Humanity is a Non-Govt. voluntary organization registered under the registration of society under the societies Registration Act VI of 1998(1941 A.D) and registered under 12-A income Tax act and affiliated with Nehru Yuva Kendra Jammu Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Govt. of India and J & K Academic, Art, Cultural and languages Govt. of J & K The organization has established library cum Book Bank at Migrant Camp Jagti Township. The organization is providing 25000 Books free cost among the10000 unaffordable students with your active support. The library is growing day by day. The people are using its facilities of Reading Room, study room and Book bank where in we provide most of the reference Books Local and National News paper, magazines etc including the costly news paper The Hindu News, The Indian Express Paper on daily basis without any charges. Students appearing in competitive exams Like UPSC, JKSSB, Banks, NDA, CDS,NEET,JEE Etc have immensely benefited
. This Year we also made a tie up with IIT Jammu students organization (KRITASH) vide which students of IIT Jammu tutored Jagti inmates to achieve success in their academic career. In view of above facilities and having installed 8 computers too for provide online study material and for welfare of the students and youth. We are good experiencing good response from the public with the result space available falls short required
The library cum reading room is benefitted to the old age persons who are suffering from various diseases due to depression. The organization has conducted various careers counseling cum Guidance sessions, District cultural festivals, District sports tournaments and Parliament youth, workshops, seminars other activities.
